Believe

My friend Matt tells me I should tell people how to do things. How to start.  Because most of us can’t. There is no big secret that part of it is how you’re wired and part of it is   an internal battle with risk. Risk is just another word for fear it think. Or maybe that’s what I call everything. Either way. To do is to ignore risk or at the least, throw it to side to accomplish something you believe in.  And believing is what today’s about. Well every day really. We all have to believe.

You have to believe.

It’s easy to do things when you believe in what you want. Belief is

risk armor.  It might not protect you from failure, but it for sure gives you a shot a winning.

But what if you’re filled with doubt (fear)?  The easy answer is to do it anyway. The smarter answer is always  to try and step outside of yourself and give whatever you are looking at doing and objective cleansing. What is it you fear?  Why?  WHAT IS THE WORST THINF THAT COULD HAPPEN?!

Defining the worst thing that can happen always renews my belief because, one, I have some difficult things happen to me before and two (dos), more often  than not, it never happens and defining it objectively usually makes you realize this.

Of course, the easy, not doing the things you dream of way is safer, lame and soul crushing. But life is full of choices. None of the stress ever goes away, but doing the things we all wish (want) is the big shit.

If you have the means (you do), I highly recommend it. It is so choice.
