3 steps to everything

I am constantly challenged to simplify my life.  I lack that certain gene/mental ability to grind on certain topics until I figure them out.  Well, let me rephrase.  It's more like I have this gene, but when I go to employ it, I grow impatient in 2-3 minutes and then go on to something else.  This is extremely frustrating.   There should be 3 to 5  step process for everything. Want to get in shape? Step 1: Get ass off couch, Step 2: Do some sort of exercise, Step 3: Rinse, repeat (I really like how shampoo companies put 2 steps into one).

I'd really like to say that I would start a blog with this as the premise, but as it seems I can barely keep a blog going, I am making no promises.   It doesn't help that I tried to get away from a full length blog (aka: this) because it took too long.  I now have both a blog and a tumblr, oh and a facebook, and a twitter, and now am completely overwhelmed.  This is typical pf stuff though.

Anyway the world would be a lot better if  I could reel in the ADD a little and hammer out a book/blog on getting through most of  the things that challenge me in 3 steps or less.
