Calm reflections

When you have a long day ahead, sometimes yurt reflections are good.  It helps you keep calm or something. Really there’s an hour or so until I head  our for my long day of exercise and I’m wasting time. Between panic or calm reflection.  I’ll give reflections a try.

When push comes to shove (or similar cliches) the only real goal of the morning of an Ironman is to do your best to not hear the worst song ever. You have a full day ahead and god knows you don’t need Toto Rosanma bouncing around all day.

I’ve never been a “This race is for you pops!” type of person but since the last time I was here my dad was too, I can’t help but think of him. Watching Ironman is as boring as it sounds and he did it at a pro level. I’ll think of him today.

Not a lot more to say.

See y’all on the other side.
